Griffin Basketball had a HUGE game tonight vs. long time opponent, Trivium Prep. GP took the lead in the 1st quarter ending 15 -8 and never looked back…..The road warrior Griffins kept the heat on the knights with their “controlled chaos” style. Our #2 ranked Griffins commanded the game and defeated the #6 ranked Trivium

GP Athletics commends the GP Soccer nation. We see how you support by showing up early and staying late, lending a hand, and working with coaches to provide a great environment. We simply say thank you and we appreciate the ALL IN mindset. Tonight’s results: Boys – 1 -3 loss GIrls – 5 -2 Win.

Coming into tonight’s game, your GP Lady Griffins were ranked #11 in the state. Tonight they played a tough and scrappy Trivium Prep team and came away with a 60-28 commanding victory! This takes your Lady Griffins to a record of 5- 1 with plenty of momentum moving forward! Go Griffins!

Basketball Wins!

GP Boys Basketball was in action on Monday evening. The Griffins faced off against the Wranglers of Wickenburg. This was a tough battle and it led to two back to back physical and exciting games. Our JV boys program pulled off a convincing win and were followed up by the Varsity program with a 71

Carson Von Aspen Fund

Carson Von Aspen graduated in 2018. He played basketball for GP for 4 years. Anyone who saw him play was amazed at his tenacity and passion. He was beloved by his teachers, coaches, and teammates. He was a wonderful friend. Carson loved GP and competing for our school. His memorial fund will enable other student-athletes

It was a busy night in GP Athletics.   Glendale Prep fans were treated to 3 straight basketball games this evening. The first game of the night was a tough loss for our JV Lady Griffin Basketball team. Followed up by two stunning and strong victories from our Varsity programs!
