GP Athletics is excited to announce the start of our NEWEST offer for GP student athletes. Coach Mickelson, is busy at work and one of his newest ideas includes Saturday workout sessions.

Don’t miss an opportunity to get better! Join our Strength & Conditioning staff for Saturday training sessions. Starting Saturday, May 1st, GP Athletics is going to get hard at work for next school year!

Who:9th -12th grade. Boys & Girls. Students In-Season & Out of Season.

*Students who have no played GP Sports are invited as well.*

When: May 1st, May 8th, May 15th, May 22nd

Location: Glendale Prep

Times: 7:00 – 9:00 a.m.

*Things to Bring*

  • Bring water
  • Athletic gear to workout in: *Field Day Appropriate or GP Sports Gear*
  • Sunscreen.
  • Mask – For Check In.

  • Technique training.
  • Speed training
  • Strength training
  • Footwork drills
  • Improve your Athleticism
  • Mental Insight – Mental Training
  • Nutritional Development, hydration, and sleep routines.
